OUR GROWING FACILITIES

To teach and train our cooking and service staff, we have also established a training department wherein qualified teaching faculty in HSE, HACCP and food science and technology are appointed.

To ensure quality of food ingredients we purchase only tested quality food ingredients. For this purpose we have designed and installed a testing laboratory equipped with scientific instruments. The laboratory installed in our warehouse and run by our purchase department with the help of qualified professionals.

COLD STORAGE

To meet ISO food safety standards we have installed the cold storage facilities keeping in view food hygiene and food safety.
